Memories, Dreams, Reflections is a partly autobiographical book by the Swiss psychiatrist Carl Gustav Jung, written in collaboration with his associate Aniela Jaffé. It appeared in German in 1962, a year after Jung's death, and in English in 1963. The only Spanish edition dates from 1964, and its translation has been criticised by Jungian scholars for inconsistent terminology.

The project began in 1956, when Kurt Wolff, editor and owner of Pantheon Books, proposed a biography of Jung. Dr. Jolande Jacobi suggested Aniela Jaffé as the writer. Jung was at first reluctant, but grew convinced of the work's importance and became deeply involved, writing the opening chapters on his childhood and early adulthood, the section on his journeys to Kenya and Uganda, and the closing chapter, "Late Thoughts", himself. The remaining text was drawn from Jaffé's conversations with him. The book's content and structure were heavily contested: Jung's family sought deletions to protect his private life, the publisher demanded cuts to contain printing costs, and Jaffé was accused of censorship when she reworded some of his views on Christianity that were considered too controversial. In the end, the most disputed material, including a chapter on his friendships and acquaintances, was folded into other chapters.

The book traces Jung's childhood, his personal life and his exploration of the psyche, with dreams and inner experience at its centre. The historian Peter Gay observed that the title was apt and that, like many autobiographies, the book reveals more than its author intended.

In 2018 the Philemon Foundation announced the publication of the original protocols of the conversations, which had been omitted or censored in the printed version. They show Jung thinking associatively and discovering connections between subjects, and they offer a glimpse of his personal cosmology, outlined in the Red Book and the Black Books. A complete English edition, scheduled for December 2025, will allow the published text to be compared with the original material.
